You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ZipoDrive cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to store or share any material that is infringing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful or tortious. You will not use the service to store or transmit malicious code.

3. Payment and Refunds

The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting support. All of your content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation.

All your data is stored exclusively in secure data centres within the United Kingdom. This means your data is protected by UK data protection laws, including GDPR.

No. We believe in privacy by design. We do not scan your files for advertising or any other purpose. Your files are encrypted at rest on our servers, and our access to them is strictly controlled and limited to system maintenance.

You can access ZipoDrive on any device with a web browser. We also have dedicated desktop sync clients for Windows, macOS, and Linux, as well as mobile apps for both iOS and Android, so your files are always within reach.

There are no individual file size limits. You can upload files as large as you need, as long as you stay within your total storage quota for your plan.

If you exceed your storage quota, you will no longer be able to upload new files. You will receive notifications to either free up space or upgrade to a plan with more storage. You will always be able to access and download your existing files.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the change will be pro-rated. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

If you cancel your account, all of your data will be permanently and irretrievably deleted from our servers after a short grace period. We recommend you download all your files before canceling.
